Martine Jackson
CEO

Martine Jackson has 30 years of experience in advising, coaching and supporting CEOs, entrepreneurs, and business owners with their management practices, leadership philosophies, and strategic and succession planning. Ms. Jackson formally launched Lexari Group, LLC in February 2019 as a result of her vision to equip leaders and managers with the expertise they need to perform at their maximum potential, creating an environment where people thrive and chart a course for the future.  

Ms. Jackson received her combined Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Illinois University.  Her undergraduate degree in International Business Administration is from Pace University, New York. She holds certificates in Mediation and Conflict Management in the Workplace from DePaul University and Business and Professional Coaching Certificate from North Caroline State University. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and a former member of the Association for Conflict Resolution as well as the National Association of College & University Attorneys.

In her free time, she is actively involved with her community, volunteering and serving on multiple committees and boards, spending time with her family and friends, and traveling.
